Return & Refund Policy for Kuwait Maps CIS

At Kuwait Maps, we are committed to providing high-quality mapping services and ensuring our clients are satisfied with our work. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds for our mapping service products.
1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to deliver accurate and insightful mapping solutions. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within [7 days] days of project completion or the end of the billing cycle. We will work with you to address your concerns and find a satisfactory resolution.
2. Scope of this Policy
This policy applies to the following services offered by Kuwait Maps:
- Publish and Improve Business Location (نشر وتحسين موقع النشاط التجاري)
- Electronic and Mobile Maps (خرائط الكترونية والهاتف المحمول)
- Spatial Data Collection Solutions (حلول جمع البيانات المكانية)
- Satellite Imagery Analysis (تحليل مرئيات الأقمار الصناعية)
The following services, fees, and products are non-refundable:
- Setup fees for any service.
- Fees for third-party data or satellite imagery licenses.
- Services for Publishing and Improving a Business Location once the listing is live and work has been completed.
- Satellite Imagery Analysis and Spatial Data Collection projects once data acquisition and processing have commenced.
- Consultation and training sessions that have already been delivered.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:
- Service Not Rendered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe.
- Major Errors or Inaccuracies: If the final product (e.g., an electronic map or analysis report) contains significant, verifiable errors that render it unusable for its intended purpose, and we are unable to correct these errors in a timely manner. A formal review will be required, and the client must provide detailed documentation of the errors.
- Cancellation of Subscription (if applicable): For any recurring services, you may cancel at any time. Refunds for the current billing period will be handled as outlined in Section 7.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to info@q8maps.com with the following information:
- Your Name and Company Name
- Invoice Number
- Date of Purchase
- A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund, including any supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots, error logs).
We will review your request within [14 days] business days and notify you of the outcome.
5. Non-Refundable Costs
Please note that any non-refundable costs incurred by Kuwait Maps in the provision of your service, such as third-party data licensing fees, will be deducted from any refund amount.
6. Service Revisions and Credits
In cases of minor errors or if you are not fully satisfied with the initial deliverables, we may, at our discretion, offer to revise the work to meet your specifications. Alternatively, we may offer a service credit for future projects instead of a monetary refund.
7. Cancellation of Recurring Services
- Monthly Subscriptions: If you cancel a monthly subscription, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the remaining days of the current month.
- Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription within the first [14 ] days, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription, minus any applicable administrative fees.
8. Policy Changes
Kuwait Maps reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and we encourage you to review it periodically.
